Orders FAQ

How do I place an order?

Visit our website and select your product and quantity. At checkout, enter your delivery address and payment details. If you need any help, our customer service team is happy to assist.

Has my order gone through successfully?

Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we'll send a second email with your tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime through your Customer Account.


Where is my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link so you can follow your order to your door. You can also log into your Customer Account to check status. If your order hasn't arrived and you have concerns about the status, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to help.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

We're typically able to cancel or modify orders before they're picked and packed at our fulfillment center - so please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in fulfillment we can't guarantee changes, but we'll always do our best to help.
